These two teams take on end to end responsibility for all operational systems supporting our Broadcast and Sky Media users as well as responsibility for our key corporate applications.
Core ADM
This is where we give business critical systems their application workout. Keeping broadcast, airtime sales, corporate, CRM and billing systems performing.
Infrastructure Services
This is the central source of infrastructure design, provision and support for the business systems delivered by the ADMs. This function also provides cross-Technology services dealing with the continuity of services and management of assets.
Broadcast Services
This group is responsible for the design, development and operation of Sky’s Broadcast infrastructure. The group's focus is the continued goal of meeting the challenge of improving flexibility and efficiency whilst recognising and driving towards converged technologies and deliveries across the Broadcast areas.
