From the start, I felt that I really wanted to work here. The warmth of the community, the welcoming atmosphere and everyone’s friendliness were reasons enough for me to want to get started immediately.

Everyone had an immediate connection and the camaraderie made me feel comfortable and relaxed. From the get–go I knew that I’d made the correct decision and that this is the role for me.

Through the training period, our trainers were absolutely fantastic, delivering great knowledge. They allowed us to feel confident about taking our first call.

After finishing training, I just couldn’t wait to get on the phone, my first call was such a confidence boost as the customer was patient and the issue was resolved quickly. My manager was very patient and knowledgeable and took the time to help us resolve matters ourselves. I’ve currently been on the phone for 3 days and I’ve enjoyed my time so far. I look forward to coming to work as no two days are the same. Also, our guidelines are great, they provide that comfort, that no matter what, you’ll be able to find a solution for the customers’ problem. 

I’ve definitely made the right choice by coming to work here and I look forward to sharing memories with my colleagues and having the pride to say I work for such a great company.
