So far my experience as a modern apprentice has been fantastic. I’m only a couple of weeks into training and already I feel I’ve formed some great friendships amongst my colleagues, and I absolutely love being in a working environment. Knowing I will have a qualification at the end of it is a bonus.
There’s so much to take in, but I’m finding the whole experience interesting and I’m so keen to learn more.
Everyone here at Sky have been super friendly from my trainer, manager and the advisors on the floor, everyone is willing to help which is reassuring for when we hit the sales floor.
There’s just over two weeks of training left, I can’t wait to be the phones, speaking to customers about all the great products and services Sky provides which we have been learning about so far!
