Winning service from Dunfermline
The CCA Excellence Awards identify, reward and celebrate excellence at the renowned Gala Dinner where the judging panel includes professionals from all sectors and senior executives with wide-ranging experience in customer contact and customer service.
Our very own Heather Duffin scooped two gongs at last week's Customer Contact Association Awards, held at the National Museum in Edinburgh to celebrate the very best people and companies from across the industry.
The judges recognised our passion to never rest for our customers, with Heather, Customer Advisor, Dunfermline picking up Agent of the Year and Overall Professional of the Year!
Heather has since been awarded a Believe in Better Award, which recognises excellene within Sky, she said the following of both her awards:
'From the nominations I’ve seen it would appear that the people I work with appreciate my efforts and for some reason think I do something worth recognising! 2013 was a big year for me as I was not only nominated for the CCA Awards as Professional of the Year: Agent but went on to win that category and as a result was awarded Overall Professional of the Year as well - a huge accomplishment for myself and for Sky. Since, I’ve been working hard to help and support other advisors to be their best and hopefully take as much pride in their work and the company we work for as I do. I don't think what I do is anything special but I am enormously grateful to everyone who has had such incredible faith in me.'
